Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or adequate.

Some types of goods are excluded from return.

Other disposable items:

  • Gift card
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital photo files etc

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with clear traces of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or , that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not attributable to our defect.
  • Digitization, depending on the information provided by the service provider about the reasons
  • All items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional Items

Only items at regular prices can be refunded. Offer items are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {contact@studio-light-style. de} and send your article to: {Fotostudio Light-Sryle, Jahnstr. 7. 63517 Rodenbach, Germany}.

Geschenke

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them for later to be passed on to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will inform themselves about your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you can use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
