Description
As is well known, I love the sea, which is clear, being a Hamburg boy and ex-marine soldier.
The sea is my second home in all its manifestations.
Here, an almost painterly motif was created using strong long-exposure.
Not always a safe undertaking on the wet stones 😉
But I like the interplay of soft water playing around the hard rocks.
Hard & Soft, Yin & Yang, Good & Evil, thus it has a special meaning.
These photos are not something that is created in 5 minutes, often long planning and then a longer shoot was necessary, one had to first find the right location, the right tides, the right weather, etc. Just many things that come into consideration when taking proper photographs.
