Subject matter

This contract regulates the sale of new goods and services through the online shop of the provider. Due to the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description of the offer page.

Contract-End

The contract is concluded in electronic commerce via the shop system or other means of distance communication such as telephone and e-mail. The offers presented constitute a non-binding invitation to submit an offer by the customer order, which the supplier can then accept. Duration of the contract

The contract shall be concluded for an indefinite period.

Retention of title

Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods remain the property of the supplier.

Reservations

Prices, shipping costs, return shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax. In addition to the final prices, additional costs will be charged, depending on the shipping method, which will be displayed before the order is shipped. Payment

The customer only has the following options for payment: direct debit, payment service provider (PayPal), cash payment at collection, credit card. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.
The invoice amount shall be collected by the provider by direct debit on the basis of the direct debit authorisation issued by the customer from the customer’s specified account. When using an escrow service/payment service provider, this allows the provider and customer to process the payment with each other. The escrow service/payment service provider forwards the payment of the customer to the provider. The invoice amount may also be paid in cash at the provider’s premises at normal office hours, deducting the shipping costs entered into. When paying by credit card, the customer must be the card holder. The credit card is debited after the goods have been shipped. The customer is obliged to deposit or transfer the reported amount to the account indicated on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment is due without deduction from the invoice date. After expiry of the payment period, which is therefore determined by calendar, the customer is also in default without a reminder.

Delivery

The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Shipping takes place on average after 14 days at the latest. The entrepreneur undertakes to deliver on the 21 day after receipt of the order. The standard delivery time is 10 days if nothing else is specified in the item description. The provider does not ship directly. The order will be shipped by the manufacturer as soon as the entire order is in stock there. The customer will be informed of any delays immediately.

Guarantee

If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty period for new goods is limited to one year. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty is excluded for second-hand goods. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for used goods is limited to one year.
